FIRST OF A KIND CCUS PROJECT
LanzaTech Porsgrunn
LanzaTech is developing a first-of-a-kind integrated Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Sequestration (“CCUS”) facility in Porsgrunn, Norway with our CCUS partner Eramet. The plant will produce ethanol from carbon emissions and is expected to begin operations in 2029.
The project represents an important step toward creating a circular carbon economy while bringing new jobs to the Porsgrunn community.
